I've been to Jade Valley a couple of times now, and each visit has been consistently enjoyable. The food is tasty, the service is decent, and the prices are reasonable, even if the portions are a bit on the smaller side compared to some other spots. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I always look forward to coming back for more of their delicious dishes.

Absolute crooks! Have ordered here numerous times in the past directly from the restaraunt. This time I ordered exactly what we usually got but received a portion 1/2 that we usually do.The order came to $90 ans was barely enough to feed a family of 4. I Called the restaraunt to find out if there had been an error, but was told rather rudely that because I ordered through Uber Eats I received a smaller portion (depsite the price being the same as ordering from thr restaraunt). The owner stated that Unber eats charged them 30% more to deliver, so I receive 30% less food when ordering through Uber Eats. I expressed my disappointment and after stating that I was a loyal customer and would appreciate they remedy thr problem, was rudely hung up on. This is just greedflation amd pure dishonesty. They have lost my business and I will be reporting thrm to Uber Eats too. Do not support this dishonest

Way overpriced for what you get, they fill the dishes with an overload of onions or babycorn( gross) to make up for the lack of meat or prawns. Deep fried prawns always end up rubbery and tough, and the coating is way too thick.. they don't listen, here.. but send out the same overpriced bad food.. don't order from here..
