The food cost is budget friendly but if you are expecting a good customer service. You went to the wrong place. They are mostly mature Chinese uneducated and unetiquette people. So don't expect any good customer service.

It's unfortunate that this local favorite is closing due to rising costs. Despite the long lines, the service inside is efficient and friendly. The selection at the hot food counter is extensive and offers great value for your money.

Most of the dishes are very tasty and not too greasy. The portions are very good and the prices are fair.

Well it's cheap that's for sure and I guess that explains the cut up hot dogs in the fried rice, NOT bbq pork. 🤢🤢

A few days ago, I went to that Kent's Kitchen store at 5659 Victoria Drive to see if I could buy some fast food from there for dinner. Then I came across a horrible experience with their terrible female owner/manager. That female owner/manager is so rude and arrogant. She yelled at me in front of the other customers just because I asked a couple of questions regarding the choice of their food. The problem of Kent's Kitchen is that they don't put a price tag next to the food items, which cost $1.00 or $2.00 extra to the normal price of a lunch/dinner box (e.g."rice with 2 food items" or "chow mein with 2 food items). I just feel that the store should openly and honestly put a sign next to each of the food items, which requires extra cost, so that the customers can have an idea of how much they need to pay when they choose the food items. It is actually a proper way for a friendly store to serve the customers. The kitchen's female owner/manager should be shameful about her bad behaviors and should correct her way of doing business, especially her way of treating customers, otherwise we should definitely stop buying food from that Kent's Kitchen store.
