Hot Pho in Maple Ridge is my favorite spot for a delicious bowl of pho. I always get the vegetarian pho with tofu or the vermicelli bowl with crispy tofu and vegetarian spring rolls, both bursting with fresh flavors and generous portions. The friendly staff and quick service make it a go-to for a satisfying Vietnamese meal in the area.
