I found a charming little cafí© in the heart of the city where you can grab your drink to go, even though they have a few seats available. The staff is friendly, and they serve delicious food and drinks at a more affordable price compared to the cafí© at City Hall. The atmosphere is cozy, and they offer a variety of tasty options like iced coffee, chai latte, and caramel frappuccino, along with snacks like gum, chips, and chocolate bars. They also have a loyalty program for free drinks, making it a great place to unwind in the city's loveliest library.

great food
