Oh yes, Cees is an incredible spot. It's always lively with a Jack Nicholson look-alike and his friend Ray, who's rocking bleached hair and Hawaiian shirts, enjoying the music and dancing with the crowd. The live band on weekends plays fantastic Motown covers, the drinks are affordable, and the atmosphere is just perfect for a great night out by the Ventura Harbor.
