Toshi and his family offer the best quality seafood and personal customer service in Ventura County at Koba Sushi.
My wife and I have been enjoying the authentic sushi that depends on Toshi knowing how to select but also prepare fine cuts with a myriad of marinades.
I am a big mackeral saba aficionado and no one else prepares it as well. Imagine mackeral melting in your mouth.
All cuts are generous, encouraging you to enjoy more but Toshi prides himself on harmonious taste and texture.
Highly recommend.
