During an impromptu bike ride with friends, we stumbled upon Snow Farm Vineyard in South Hero, Vermont, and were greeted by the sweetest soul named Lucy, who guided us on an Epicurean journey starting with a white wine frozen Piña colada that was mind-blowingly amazing, followed by a plate of local Summer sausage, cheese, and maple salt crackers, making it the perfect treat after a long bike ride.
