You got everything right but my address and tried to deliver inm town of springfield!! I have been calling but no one answers. I have done all I could to get in touch with you all but I guess you were busy. I only hope my food isnt cold but usually it is when they are lost. Thank you Black Rock for doing this well earned meal I HOPE it is not cold

Love this place!!! No other place around like it. We go for lunch, it is less crowded and the daytime Chef is amazing!!!

BEST STEAK EVER SIZZLIN' ON A BLACK ROCK AT THE TABLE IN FRONT OF THE GUEST. HAVE EATEN THERE MANY TIMES AND BROUGHT GUESTS AS WELL WHO RAVED ABOUT IT. FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AND WONDERFUL SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMEND IT. NOT YOUR AVERAGE STEAK HOUSE;WAY ABOVE.

we made reservations for a party of 7 for 5:30 dinner. on the way to the restaurant we get a call from one of the couples saying they can't make it. we get to restaurant and tell them two cancelled so we have 5. they tell me that cancels the reservation and here take a number. they said they only take reservations for 6 or more. mean while we are standing there trying to find out how long it will be before we can get a seat, a party of 5 walk in and tells the receptionists they called ahead? now they get a seat and we are still waiting something is not right here. Manager says this is how we do business, piss poor way if you ask me!

I have visited this restaurant two times. The first time, soon after opening...quite satisfactory. The second, a year later...disaster.
The dining room is dark, crowded and noisy. The service was VERY slow. The table surfaces and silverware were covered with a filmy haze. Some of the salad plates had food stuck on them.
Doesn't the name Panko Salmon with Berry Sauce sound delicious? It could have been...but, the chef had totally burned it. The poor fish was charred on the outside and brownish gray inside. It was presented, covered with a bucketful of berry sauce...probably in an attempt to disguise the burn! That was three days ago and I am still complaining about it.
I am not satisfied with that meal and I am not satisfied with the way my complaint was handled. The owner/manager would have to make a lot of changes before I would ever recommend this restaurant favorably.
