We ordered subs last night on my finace birthday 4/20. Three subs were made wrong and forgot the fourth sub. Called to tell guy that made them and he talked to my finace like she was stupid. No offer to remake the subs. Then an hr later 4 sub arrived. The other 3 subs driver said he could not bring back. The 3 grinders ended up in the trash. Mayo dripping off 2 of the mandatory 1 with pickles, onions,and chesse on it. We ordered the same subs many times from there and never mess up. I would like a refund! I give an extra $10 for delivery everything.

Have always enjoyed Pams Place Chef Salads and Pizzas. Meat on the salad appeared to have been frozen and the quality has certainly decreased. Pizza was edible but too much sauce and greasy. Has definitely declined over the last few years.

I've got Pams a few times and the food and service weren't incredible but i always thought the reviews were a little harsh. So decided to finally do a review about an order i placed. While ordering the guy on the other end certainly seemed fed up and didn't care to take my order, very short and direct about stuff. I live no longer then 10 min away from the place so i figured it take no longer then 20 to 30 min at most. The driver got here in about 22 and was kind enough. Ive definitely had orders take alot longer but to be fair they were at busy times. Pizza was perfectly fine although your really paying for the delivery not the quality of food. Id rather eat some where else if you were eating in but its fine for a quick and easy meal delivered. They are probably only around still because they deliver. Do take the other reviews in to consideration.

The pizza is always burnt and nearly inedible, the staff is mostly decent but the owners are complete assholes and would rather argue with you than make things right. The customer is always wrong as far as this place goes. Avoid at all costs.

F-ck-ng rude people! Only order there cause its the only place in town that delivers out my way. Food isn't that great but when yoi don't want to cook its a option if you can deal with the rudness! I'm over dealing with them its not worth it anymore il go else where or just cook. Not worth ny money anymore.

The owner is an -ssh-l-. Screwed up our order, denied he screwed it up, and would not make it right. My daughter was picking the order up and he was basically bullying her.

I've lived in swanton for many years, and whenever we decide to have take-out, pams is the only option, because they deliver. The owner, Dave, is a dick. His employee's copy his attitude / behaviour, and the food is at best sub par. I don't know how many times i've ordered a pizza and had it delivered burned to the point that it's almost not edible. Customer service is a joke.. basically you call to complain and you get the owner, who just gives you sh-t and heckles you until you decide to submit and not deal with the hassle anymore. Sh-t food, sh-t management. Don't waste your time with them.

Food is always great. I live a decent ways away and they still deliver and get the food to me fast. Great staff, too!

We ordered pizza and calazone the pizza was special xl works and calazone had 3 topping they changed me 48.50 for delivery we called didn't think anything at first but called them order was 38 and change the driver charged us 1136 over the actual price but someone brought us money owed so make sure u check double check

Don't ever have a good experience. Ordered a 12" inch sub and received a 6" inch instead. Called them about it and they asked if I wanted them to send out the other half. Since I had 4 people eating and 2 were splitting that sub I said yes. It's been almost 2 hours and still no sub. Husband had to make himself food so the kids could eat. The sandwiches were all bread. Seems a bit pricey for a roll with nothing on it. I think my husband now agrees with me that they're not good.

Just moved to the area. Looking for food delivery. Subs were okay but cheeseburger was plain (expected lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.), cold and soggy. Onion rings were also cold. Not a great first impression.

Pam's Place might do more business if the employees had better attitudes. It does not look good for business when you try and call to place an order and someone at Pam's Place either answer's the phone without saying a word then hangs up immediately or when no one answer's the phone at all. I do not recommend Pam's Place to anyone that plans on ordering out.

Went on a family trip for a couple of days to Swanton. My niece called to place an order at Pam's Place and the owner got very rude with her. He did not want to make some of the items that we ordered. I got so mad because of the way he talked to my niece, that I ended up driving down their and gave him a piece of my mind. When I got in there I asked for the owner and it was the guy I was talking to. I told him I did not appreciate the way he talked to my niece and that he lost about $100 order, he said he did not care, he has his regulars. I said that's a great way to run a business. Meanwhile, he stayed right behind the counter, because I think after he saw me, that he better stay right behind the counter(chicken S**T). DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

the pie is at best ok. i only ever order there because they deliver. all the other food is sometimes uneatable. delivery is slow and the order takers are very rude as is the owner. i called with in 2 or 3 min. to cancel an order i had placed and the owner actually called me back and argued with me.last time we ordered anything from him. swanton house of pizza is a better product and much better place. only wished they would deliver.

Pizza is horrible, they use bread dough and its horrible.. dave the owner is dirty and rude to the customers and his staff... rumor has it that dave the owner is a drug dealer.

My salads are always GREAT! The dressing is actually served in side cups never on it. The pizza is excellent. Yes Delivery is convenient, but I would drive there if I had to. In business 29 years. They must be doing something write.

The only reason I order from them is because they deliver. Salad always has dressing on it, which makes it mushy by the time I get it, pizza is mediocre at best, and I got a salad that had some foil in it from the cheese. They wouldn't be around if they didn't deliver.
