The pizza I had was exceptional, with a generous amount of delicious toppings like pineapple and bacon. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely consider ordering from them again, especially with their accommodating owner and catering options available.

May be a sign of the times. Higher prices, lower quality and staff that do not take pride in their work. Ordered two gluten free crust pizzas. Almost $50 and they were on the smaller side. Crust was super chewy and pizza overall was dry. I feel stolen from. Was going to call them but decided not to after reading the reviews.

Ordered 2 mediums and felt like they used to have more toppings and cheese. When I spoke to one of the cooks he seemed disinterested and offended. I was just asking as we have ordered from here before. Tried to call but unable to connect with the manager but will try back to see if there has been any change. We may try again but we will likely try another pizzeria in the area. Sad to find another place we enjoyed has declined in service and quality.

Thought I would try again in hopes the pizza and service would be better. Pizza was dry, not a lot of toppings despite the price and tried to discuss with staff. Staff seemed disinterested and rude. Decided to not be a patron of this company anymore as there are others in the area. Hopefully this is not an ongoing trend.

I do not think they know how to make good pizza anymore. They do not take feedback and actually want to argue instead of looking at the product going out. Save your time and money and pick another pizza place.

Usually enjoy Villages but first time from Oak Bay store and our pizzas were super dry. Not sure if they over cooked them or just not enough sauce. May try again but unlikely. Will explore other pizza shops. Just my opinion.

My wife and I had ordered calzones we gave a custom order of toppings the cook decided to substitute one of those toppings.

Without asking me or my wife and me being allergic to one of those toppings that was substituted...... thanks guys for the projectile vomiting in the hospital.

Note : .. Extremely skimpy on the toppings and a lot more bread that was burnt.
