I've been eating at the Prairie Inn for about 30 years and it is always a good experience. There are numerous craft beers on tap and lots of variety in the foods available. The venue itself is historic and charming. Everything is a step above the average pub. Anybody who doesn't like the Prairie Inn probably doesn't like any other place, or maybe drank too much beer to taste the food!

Always have had good food and service from the Prairie Inn. But yes like the last comment, prices are much higher than advertised....burger was listed for 16. charged 18....beef dip was listed for 16, charged 19. A little more than I was expecting...Thanks

Thought my food order was exceptionally high! Over $80 for 4 meals. On the menu online the prices were obviously different then what I was charged! I had it figures to be about $70 for what I ordered. Rather disappointed in the high prices which I guess the burgers must have been $20 each we didn't order any drinks

Probably the worst burger ive had in the past 5 years.
I ordered the prime rib burger ($19)
It came topped with way too much mayo, way too much thousand island dressing and loaded with the worst tasting sauteed onions.
After I scraped off all the slop, I had a burger ,bun and cheese left.
Even the meat patty was horrible
The pickle and water were the best part of this overpriced dish!!

Wont be back
