Mondays at Jake's At The Lake are a treat for seniors with delicious food and fast, friendly service. The warm and pleasant ambiance, paired with great views and a shared local history, make it Lake Cowichan's best dining spot. Despite a small menu, there's something for everyone, ensuring a satisfying experience for all patrons.

Jake's is family friendly, has a great menu with generous portions, beautifully cooked. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Jake's on the Lake and give the restaurant ten out if ten.

Could be great if they would expand the menu and stop closing so damned early. Night life in Lake Cowichan is bad enough to begin with and this place makes no effort to improve it. They make very little effort and they are in dire need of competition for both their sake and the sake of their customers.
