While traveling, I found a late-night pizza option in town. Ordering online was easy, and the pizza was delicious with generous portions.

My last experience here was awful & it has been probably 9+ months since I was willing to patronize again. I finally took a chance tonight, & again had an unpleasant experience. We received chicken tenders instead of waffle fries. When I called to request a refund they offered to bring the waffle fries. Although a rare offering on a busy Friday night I was good with it. When they arrived the young lady asked for the chicken tenders back. As a former restaurant manager of 15+ years requesting the tenders be returned is unheard of. For one thing they clearly didn't believe me that they made a mistake with my order but in taking them back it was clearly also wasteful or even worse - disgusting. I hate to think they would reuse them but to take them back to just throw them away is awful as well. There was nothing wrong with the tenders rather just the wrong order and they would not have been wasted. There is an unwritten rule in restaurants that when a mistake is made you just correct it. It is the cost of being human & doing business. I find this practice insulting and sad at the same time. We won't be patronizing anymore. There are pleantynof other options for Italian right here in Stephens City.

Tonight when we received our food, it was cold. The fries, onion rings and pork pull sandwich were rubbery and cold. We had waited almost an hour for our food. I called to see where our food was and the excuse was driver was in traffic. Where is there traffic when I only live 1 mile from them.

The food is always good. But the prices vary from one visit to the next. Especially if you call. I ordered the small steak salad, no drink. It should have been $5.50 and I was charged $7.65. They did not give me a receipt. The ingredients also seem to vary. Their chef salad doesn't come with boiled egg, today there were no cucumbers in the chef salad. That was clearly wrong and she didn't bother to fix it. When I called, I said 5.50, but they hung up.
