Dined on Sunday about 4.30 pm main course came before appetizer had to ask for condiments and water. service very slow food was good but need trained staff

Had a wonderful time at Joe's at a class reunion Saturday evening -- beautiful restaurant, food was delicious, reasonably priced, service was excellent. Will go back soon! Great place for private parties -- two private spaces available for 25 and 50 guests each.
