The pizza at Pino's was absolutely delicious, with a crispy crust and generous toppings. The service was friendly and efficient, making for an enjoyable dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the menu offerings.

I don't know what's going on, but I was so unsatisfied with my meal today I had to come write a review. The only reason I'm writing this review is because the reputation this company has is far great from what I've experienced today. Food has not been appetizing since the place burned down last year. Well today, when I received my food my bread was soggy, goowy from the grease of my chicken cheese steak. I'm not sure if the meat was properly thawed before cooking, or if the meat wasn't drained from oils, but it was SO DISTASTEFUL I had to go to a local Food Lion to get more bread for my chicken Philly. SO UPSET BECAUSE THE PRICES HAVE INFLATED SINCE THE PANDEMIC AND I GET RUSHED FOOD! SO UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

When you order a small deluxe pizza and 12 wings two drinks and it comes up to $38.00 not to mention if you go in to eat your waitress is not allowed to go to the table to collect your order. You have to place it before you are seated. No napkins or silverware and they want a tip. This is my last time of patronizing this Pinos I can go to Roanoke Rapids, NC and get the same thing and it will cost less and have a waitress take my order!

My family and I stay at the Days Inn every year during our trip from Maine to Florida and we always eat at Pino's.
Well, tonight will be our last time ordering from there.
My husband placed a phone order. We ordered three pasta dinners and a kids pasta dinner.
He was told, on the phone that they were out of salads ( that come with our meals).
When he went to pick up the order he overheard someone order a salad. He asked the girl why they lied to us about the salads and she said they were busy and didn't have time to make ours. My husband was ready to pay for our order when he asked if we get a discount seems we didn't get our salads. She said " No, we just throw the salads in but the price is for the pasta.
My husband paid $65 for our food and got attitude and NO salads.
He told the girl it would be the last time we ordered from Pino's and she said " Okay""¦
I'm very disappointed ☹ï¸
