We used Risin'Smoke to cater a family celebration and the food was amazing! We had beef brisket, pulled pork, cole slaw, green beans, baked beans, mac and cheese, chicken tenders, and four flavors of pies. All were delicious. Melissa at Risin Smoke was extremely helpful as I was planning this event from a distance and had only picked them on reviews! I appreciated Jeff's input and personal delivery as we were feeding over 60 people from all over the country (California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia with ages ranging from 3 years old to 87, and the menu was a hit with all!

Outstanding food. Love the barbeque sandwiches. French fries are very good. Next time, I am going to try the brisket. I have always wanted to try the homemade pies, but too full.
