I really want to love this place. I really do. I visited 2 times in the span of a week.
My first visit produced large chicken bones in both tamales I ordered (see pics) making each bite a cautious event. But overall, food was good.
My visit today started off with an online order via seamless. An order was placed at 11:43 am and given an estimated 12-1210 pickup. Upon arrival the lady at the front searched for my order, reviewed my receipt on my phone, then quietly walked away without a single word. A couple of minutes later a gentleman appeared and informed me they did not receive my order, then proceeded to turn on a tablet for web orders and returned to the kitchen. I did not receive my order until 1245....1 hour after placing my initial order!!!
I did make a request to cancel my order, but was informed I would have to contact grubhub to process request. I strongly recommend online orders be called in directly to ensure your order is being made and your time is not wasted
