Dry and bland burgers, meatloaf tasted like cat food and was also clearly microwaved.
Other guest had a blackened chicken wrap that had a quarter sized piece of bone and cartilage which made her fearful to even eat the wrap without a fork. (Only picked through half of her wrap)
The unbelievable manager suggested that "if you don't like bones. I'd recommend ordering the grilled chicken"). 15 years in the restaurant industry I could never imagine recommending to someone that if they don't like bones don't order the chicken wrap. Absolutely no responsibility held for quality control.
The burger complaint completely brushed off and told they've won awards, well how the hell does that make my meal worth it.
Not one dollar in comped meal even though four people didn't eat half their meals. But after reading the other bad reviews, they constantly state to get a manager involved but that is clearly b-llsh-t (because nothing happened other than not being taken seriously)
They couldn't have given less of a sh-t.
If that's the "help" a manager table touch is supposed to provide, leave them in the kitchen. We were going to tip the server till the manager intervened.
