we purchased two pies for Thanksgiving 2021 and first of all paying 17.00 each was too much and then we ended up throwing both out as they were horrible. We got a pumkin that did not even resemble a pumpkin pie and had way too much gloves and then we got what was suppose to be a dutch apple and tasted like the apples came from a can and the spices was over bearing and it had butterscotch taste to the pie. when we went to get the pies after standing in line for 30 minutes and waiting till they could locate our pies they had the nerve to ask us what we wanted to give them for a tip. never go back again. heck, I can make a pie for the half the price and it would have tasted better. was trying to take some of the cooking off my shoulders this year and ended up with no desserts to enjoy.

Service was atrocious. Staff extremely rude, refused to wear masks, and ran us out by vacuuming and moping around us an hour before closing.

Always traveled to Charles Town to get my fix of bagels and pastries and Rubin sandwiches. Needless to say I was overjoyed when they opened one up in Winchester. I'm there a couple of times a week for Regina cookies, Rubin sandwiches and poppy seed bagels with cream cheese. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

the above review is totally not true. This person is a former employee that quit and now is posting bad reviews, called the health department, which we passed. We donate our products to the homeless on Sunday because everything is made fresh and we usually sell out everyday and we don't open back up till Wednesday.

BUYER BEWARE NOT ALL ITEMS ARE NOT MADE FRESH IN STORE AS STATED BUT SHIPPED IN PREMADE/FROZEN. Items are kept in the case Sun-Sun, then donated, so you're paying top dollar for week old product. Employees do not wash their hands or change their gloves. Rather than dump the iced coffee daily and clean the container, the day old coffee is just added to the pitcher daily, no FIFO here.
