Lousy and overpriced food food, bad environment and a marginal service. We ordered lamb Karahi which was as bones and very little meat cooked like a curry, chappal kebab which were like big mince fried footballs.
The only passable thing was the dal. I would never visit again.

Food quality doesn't matter if you have a poor experience of service. As a customer everyone expect to be treated with respect and with care but Shinwari at Falls Church have a very poor customer service.
This was my worst experience waiting for table. Initially they told us it will be one hour to get table but after one and half hour they were still making excuses "it will be ready in few minutes". After waiting for 2 hours still table was not ready for dine in. As they don't take reservations which makes more worst for customers to be seated and waiting inordinate amount of time. While waiting for 2 hours most of the customers were complaining about same issue which indicates Shinwari is not will to improve. If you can't handle customers, let them know exact wait time instead of making excuses and let the customer decide. I would say if you have enough patience to wait for 2 hours, go for it otherwise AVIOD.
