There's a great little butcher shop I found in Smithfield during a weekend visit. The selection of meats is really nice, and they even have some Korean food like bulgogi and kimchi. Jeb, the butcher, is super knowledgeable and happy to share his expertise with customers. I'll definitely be back for more jerky and sausages - it's a gem of a place worth supporting!
