Despite it being Saturday night, my husband and I were seated promptly. The waiter brought menus and took our drink order right away. Drinks and some of the yummiest hush puppies I've ever eaten soon followed. The beer selection was minimal - no draft beer, with the small selection of bottled beer being mostly domestic pilsners. The waiter believed draft beer was to be added in the near future. My husband's rib eye and my grilled shrimp were pretty good. The sides we chose (grilled potatoes with onions and the vegetable of the day, zucchini with onions) were pretty heavy on the onions, but in my opinion that is a good thing. They also were a bit greasier than my preference, but still good and a nice change over baked potato and side salad or steamed veggies. A singer/guitarist began playing around 8:30. The gentleman's singing, guitar playing and song selection were all good. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable, and the overall experience was a good one. I would go back if only for those hush puppies.
