I have ordered multiple times,
I even stated I am a chees nazi, I do not want any sauce showing!!!! I also asked for a 10 minute heads up when the driver was the way. 1 minute late driver shows up. And he/she stated that she didn't know. Well it's not he/she fault. So I called and the owner was rude and interrupting the entire time!!! And short and gave the excuse we are doing the best we can. We no. If you won't listen ! I for the 3rd time didn't want any compensation I just wanted them to listen. And do as I order . He claimed he did it himself. Well if I already stated I wanted extra cheese to no sauce showing, that should cover the sauce. It's been done before. I don't want nothing but my order. And yes I do consider everything that's they have to deal with to the lack of communication to an excuse. Not that it matters but Ive been there, Italian chef, master baker, master cake decorator, pastrie chef, etc. I know it's hard when you are short staff. I also know if you get a cake done and the name is not right you will be mad! So you fix it then and then and owner didn't even try!! He cut me off and made excuses. Now are you going to take you child's birthday cake named wrong to her party??? No. I'd fix ot (don't matter who is at fault) and then I'm going to compensate you for it on my part without asking!!!!! Not argue and make excuses and be rude and disrespectful!!!!!!!!!! Fuxk that =personally

So I ordered five subs a large pizza and two things of cinnamon rolls today 6/28 at 3:00pm. I asked for no mayo. Over a sixty dollar bill even left a good tip to end up throwing them away. Once I get a hour home they are caked with mayo. The receipt even stated no mayo. Do they have a corporate office to contact? I won't be back just to end of having to throw food away.
