The order I placed was so messed up, nothing was right.
Got round thing crust pizza after ordering square thick crust.
Both subs were wrong and no extra meat.
Garlic knots were burnt on the outside and doughy in the middle.
When called to complain, they had nothing to say about the situation other than they could refund me for the lack of extra meat.
That's ridiculous. Www.Bringmethat.com menu don't match up with theirs or something went wrong. This is now my 3rd attempt ordering with Ciro's and all experience's have been lousy. The food is not very good neither quality or quantity. The staff is also not very friendly. Seems they can't be bothered to hear what I have to say, let alone do something about it. It's crazy to be charged to order online and then for absolutely nothing to be right? This is ridiculous.

best place in town. their food is awesome... delivery is great... great pizzas, calzone's ,Subs, desserts, etc....everything they serve is wonderful...very kind and always great service......
