The beef lo mein at this family-owned Chinese restaurant is simply divine, followed closely by the mouthwatering beef with broccoli and savory pepper steak. The husband and wife-run establishment may not be the epitome of Northeastern Chinese cuisine, but the clean kitchen and quality of the food make it a solid choice in Virginia.
