People in our party were looking forward to pizza for lunch. We ordered a Famous Pizza with extra cheese for delivery - staff on phone even asked if we wanted all the toppings - of course I said "yes, with extra cheese". We got, instead, a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. I sent it back - but when I tried calling at least 20 times, it seemed the phone was taken off the hook. So we went in person, and I was told my credit card was already credited. NO PHONE CALL TO APOLOGIZE OR RETAKE THE ORDER, NO PHONE CALL TO CONFIRM THE CREDIT ON THE CARD. SHE HAD TAKEN AND CONFIRMED MY CELL NUMBER! Don't order over the phone - they don't care if they get the order right or not!
