The food at Koi is consistently delicious, with a standout being the sweet potato roll with cream cheese. While the service can be slow during busy times, the quality of the sushi and other dishes makes the wait worthwhile. I had a wonderful experience dining at Koi and appreciated the opportunity to chat with the owner, Chau L., who has a rich history in the restaurant industry.

My wife and I stopped there today for lunch, the atmosphere was great, the food was great, the employees were very polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this place to others and of course we will be returning there also.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review, positive or negative, for a restaurant, but this establishment has lost customers for life after this evening. We placed our takeout order at 5:15pm and were told the order would be ready in an hour. My wife and son arrived to pickup the order and were told it would be only a few minutes more. At 7:15, two hours after the order was placed and after waiting in the restaurant an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, we were told they hadn't started it yet. This is utterly ridiculous and you should be ashamed of your lack of service and basic respect for your customers. We have waited excessively several times for takeout orders from this restaurant in the past, but this takes the cake.
