Slower than slow,terrriably slow drive in window,they ask you to pull up and wait,no where to pull up to,already three vehicles pulled up major tie up at window,experinced this many times there,all kids,most seemed not to have a clue what to do,car in front of me got wrong order,major confusion,waited 15 minutes for wrap and fries,never again,

Service beyond slow. Trash cans overflowing, soda fountain dirty with trash and ketchup. Every table was dirty. Behind the counter very dirty. Everyone except back in the grill acted as if they did not have a clue. You would think with the new building they would want the service to be excellent. Not many places to choose from but I probably will not go back.

Really a disappointment.
