I had some delicious sushi made to order, including tako, kani, and ebi nigiri, along with a custom oshinko roll that was tempura fried and topped with bonito flakes. The rice was a perfect side to everything, and I was blown away by how amazing it all tasted. Since my first visit, I've been coming back almost every Friday, and even though the menu prices were a bit off when I ordered carryout, the quality of the sushi and the cozy vibe definitely keep me coming back for more.

Been going to Miyagi for over 10 yrs now and finally calling it quits. This evening I placed a telephone order for pickup with a nice gentleman who took my order. Called back a couple minutes later to ask for a modification due to an allergy and was appalled by the older woman's attitude towards me. Because I was still looking forward to the food I still arrived to pick up my order. Upon arrival when stating my name the older woman rolls her eyes. I remained calm and asked for low sodium soy sauce packets which she was conviently all out of, although she was packing it for another to go order. We were also denied a spoon for the soup we ordered. Instead of trying to offer any assistance the owner butts in aggravating the situation instead of getting clarity on what was transpiring. My partner and I were told never to come back because they have other customers....wow just WOW! No matter how good the food, this type of behavior from staff is unacceptable. Was trying to support my local eatery due to COVID 19 and accused of being rude when ordering (lie) and spitefully denied things was the final straw for me. This place doesn't deserve your hard earned money and won't be getting anymore of mine.
