Every time we go in to the restaurant food is perfect, hot, and always delicious! If you prefer carry out, your order is ready when promised, hot and as long as you do not have a long distance , hot when you get home, delicious! Salads are fresh and crisp, drinks good!

Been ordering pizza from OIP for over 20 yrs and have never been disappointed until today. I ordered a margarita. pizza. It tasted bitter. It is like a cheese pizza with lots of dried oregano. Worst ever.

I wanted to give a minus star but that isn't an option. If you look at the menu online it isn't the correct prices. That is false advertising. We placed an order and when we got there it was almost double what showed on their menu online. They had the order all screwed up and tried to tell me that is what we ordered. The food wasn't that good either..we should have went to the Dairy Queen or Hardee's anything would have been better than OIP. I've always been taught to treat your customers nice, not at OIP they will argue with their customers because they think they are always right and that includes their employees.

I am severely disappointed with OIP. Our family has been eating there for over 20 years. I bought a chicken cheesesteak to go and when I got it home there was only a two table spoons of meat on a six inch bun. The roll was almost empty. I called and spoke with the manager and I even sent him pictures and he wasn't sorry and acted as if he cared less. I thought I would give them another chance and noticed the menu said I could pay for extra meat. Well I did and when I got home...same thing! My husband even looked at it before he left the restaurant and said...my wife paid for extra meat! The manager said it was extra meat but it pretty much looked the same! It cost almost $30 for a large pizza and a six inch sandwich! They don't seem to care about the quality of their food or their customers. I'm done giving them a chance! It's a shame...and I'm sad.
