Order a pizza for delivery. When it got here it looked as if the pizza had been dropped because it was folded over. I contacted them and they didn't even offer a coupon or anything. Never again

always good. Never had a problem with them, Pizza is always hot and tasty when we get it . Grand daughter loves there cheese sticks...Sadie loves it all !! :) Happy camper here....Thanks Pizza Plus

After doing business with this company for several years at the Abingdon va locatio more specifically. We had a terrible experience this evening. My nephew's great grandmother died and he wanted pizza SO we called in for delivery i live five mins from tje storeat exit 19 we was told forty mins After an hr we called. Was told then should be here any minute. After one hr and thirty mins total notbing delivered nor a call. I am Terribly sorry tjat good service is that hard to accomplish. POOR thing that society has came to this. So i called and cancelled the order. They never ask anything or attempted to resolve the situation. I kept full composer remaining calm and mature. Nephew left hungry and still hurting from his great grandmother's passing. Thanks exit 19 pizza NEGATIVE !

Out of all the pizza places in our area, this place is my favorite. The pizza & cheese sticks are great, salad's are fresh, but the thing that puts this place above all others is their customer service. We've always had delivery and have never ate in, but everyone we've came in contact with have been superb, nice and friendly. I would recommend this place everyday. My family and I are huge fans!
