The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal with loved ones. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

Place was dirty, stepping on food on the floor, sat down table dirty. Food was cold.I will never eat there again. Order rib eye they gave me a New York Strip.

you needed more new foods to offer... like meatloaf, Turkey, ham.... an more side dishes...an difference bread....

We ordered to go because of the Covid. What we wanted was not served on that day. The menu did not say anything about that. So we had to order something more expensive. My son got the Double Hubba burger. It was big but so greasy it fell apart. The Texas fries were good but cold. My husband got the steak strip sandwich which was cold but good after we reheated it. He also got Texas fries which were good but cold. I got the steak sandwich which was good but honestly for what you pay they arn't worth it. I ordered a baked potato loaded plus sour cream & ex butter. It was cold & all it had on it was a little cheese & some bacon bits. My advice is to eat in so if your order is wrong...return it & ask it be done right. I have eat in before & never had trouble with the food at at. Oh & if you eat out check your bill...those extras you don't get add up!!

Food was NOT good my steak was rare when I asked for well done the mashed potatoes tasted nasty didnt even taste like food! Very disappointed

my experience was very good, young ladies that answered phones were very nice and helpful during the curbside pickups!

For ten years I did not go there because I had been a dissatisfied customer. About a year ago I decided to give them another chance. Management has changed and our lunch meals have been great. We go here at least three times a week. Surprisingly, a steak place that has great cod, catfish, grilled, Cajun, or deep fried. Cudos to Daniel, our favorite server.

Rancid potato soup and raw catfish! It's hit or miss here , you never know what your going to get. It's either poor service or gross food that's gonna cost you! Last time I was there we could hear the cooks cursing and fighting.

My husband & I were working in the area & decided to go out for a nice dinner & to our surprise it turned into a very upsetting meal. We were eating & this elderly man was walking to the bathroom & tripped over the huge dangerous step at our booth & fell flat on his face. We jumped up & I yelled out a customer had fallen. His wife came & also another customer & we got him seated at our booth to be cleaned up. His head & been cut & was bleeding. His wife said he was recovering from a stroke & she was gonna take him to the hospital. Honestly the staff offered help but I felt not very professional. By the time it was over our food was cold & not only were we not given a break on our meal but we weren't even thanked. Let's just say it left a bad taste in my mouth. We told our waitress that those steps need to be changed & she said yes I know that is the 4th fall. We couldn't believe it. My gosh what is it gonna take someone to die. Wise up & fix them before another customer gets hurt PLEASE.

I will never in my life go back here worst experience ever waitress never came to our table but to put food down an take order we had to ask other waitresses to get stuff and walk to bar to get a refill of soda an drinks and the manager did nothing but say sorry so we left after spending 70$ on worst experience of my life! Couldn't even get a Togo box bc we couldn't get a waitress they all sit in the kitchen doing god knows what! So I came home to my 3 yr old crying sayin he wants his cheeseburger well it's in garbage now so had to go buy him one from McDonald's which looked better than theirs did anyways bc it looked thrown on plate an disgraceful!
