I've noticed a big improvement in Rose's over the past year, and I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. The pizza is actually pretty decent now, and I ended up going there twice while I was up in Virginia. It seems to be the only restaurant in the area, but the local small-town vibe from the staff to the patrons gives it a cozy, mom-and-pop feel that I enjoyed. The food is simple but very good, and the service was friendly and professional - I'll definitely be returning to Rose's in the future.
