If you have on your website that you do curbside service on the drop down menu, and if you have signs in the parking lot that say "Curbside" and have a phone number on the sign to call when you arrive, 1) Answer the phone!, 2) When someone says they have a prepaid curbside order, bring the order to their car because that is what curbside means!!, and 3) [On a different occasion] If you are the manager of the restaurant and are forced to come out to the car with the order, don't question the customer about why they didn't come inside for the order when you advertise that you offer the service. If the chain no longer offers the service, then remove the signs and the option from your website. If the chain wants to continue offering this service, but you don't want to do it, then find another job. Signed, I never complain but i won't be back
