Fast and friendly service with hot, made-to-order food and a lunch buffet offering a variety of options at a good price, making Tops China in Colonial Heights my go-to choice for delicious Chinese cuisine.

The lady who took my order was very rude. She made me wait longer than other customers. No customer service and doesn't seem to have patience for brown skin people. I will never spend another penny in there. They also have plastic covering the entire viewing of where they cook. Like they have something to hide.

Ordered Spare Ribs for $11.99 and received boneless spareribs pieces that sell for $8.99. Also ordered chow mien and wonton/egg drop soup that were "room temperature" at best....spring rolls were barely 3 inches long and around size less than a dime. NEVER AGAIN!
