03/09/2017 - Not As Good As Expected
I've been extremely disappointed by the Chesapeake location more & more! Earlier I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak...they ask for a number [clarify and verify], take the order, confirm the order and tell me it's a 45min to an hour wait but unable to run out and now hungry I agreed. Nearly an hour later I receive my food. Hungry and ready to eat I was appalled. The bread was over toasted, and while there was a pile of meat, mushrooms, onions, and peppers there was absolutely No Cheese in sight and no condiments. WTH. For near $10 I was absolutely disgusted. They will not get another dime!!! But I should have expected that when I called...they sound rushed and short patient...no where near the service you would expected from a location appreciative to be able to service someone outside their own personal family. Take your chances if you will...WAWA will do you much better!

I receive flyers all the time and always skeptical to try their food because the business itself doesn't appear very clean... kinda dumpy. Took a chance for something different - we wanted good Philly Cheesesteak subs. Ordered online and picked up subs in 15 minutes. I was correct as the place is pretty dumpy inside and out but the subs were really good - plenty of meat and very tasty. The ONLY disappointment is if there was cheese on it (I specifically asked for provolone), we could not find or taste it. It's a Philly CHEESEsteak sub therefore it should have plenty of visible and tasty cheese!! Will give them one more chance at some point.
