Really good food

I never write reviews, but I must write this one. My husband and I attempted to have dinner at fish and slips last night and it was the worst experience we have ever had we ordered the calamari which was not good but we said OK we'll just let that go. Then we ordered the flounders dinner, which was horrible. It wasn't even flounder if anyone knows anything about fish, flounder is flat and wide. This fish was fluffy like cod and tasted like deep fried frozen fish with no taste at all. when we brought it to the managers attention and told her that we did not want it She said as far as the teeth was concerned, that's why they have so much hot sauce on the table to help season. The food and that the policy was that they would redo it but that was it. She couldn't take it off the bill just because we didn't like it. So in other words we would have to pay for the food"¦"¦but wait that wasn't the worst we were even threatened that the police would be called if we didn't pay. We couldn't believe it. In all our years we have never ever been threatened with the police by a manager at a restaurant. We still refused to pay for the entrí©e. my husband told her that he would pay for the calamari and glass of wine that I had but that was all and if she wanted to call the police, go ahead, we will just sit there and wait . She left the table came back and proceeded to tell us that she wouldn't call the police because the dining room was full and she didn't want to cause a scene, but know for future visits that this is their policy"¦.WHAT???????? can you believe this? Another visit REALLY!!!!!!!! OMG 😳
