I ordered the grilled turkey chops-rice and gravy-spinach it was delicious but the side serving portion wasn't enough

The District is trash unless you are just Hungry and will eat anything. The place need an upgrade from the broken seats to the lighting not to mention that they need to start using some pinesol and bleach to deep clean this place.
Food- quit using margarine in the Mac and cheese,,the end product is grease.
Change the deep fryer oil often and don't fry all fried food in the same grease, people have allergies.
Overall get you a different kitchen staff and also train your waiters

Worst candied yams ever!!! I believed they accidentally put the wrong spice in them but served them anyway. Didn't taste like cinnamon at all but more like seafood. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. Please value your customers and don't ever do it again.

My first time eating at the District Restaurant was awesome. I told a couple of my friends and now we meet up there for the games and enjoy the food. Very pleasant atmosphere. My girl and i love going to eat or call in for take out. The District Restaurant is the place to eat for SOULFOOD.

I've been known by family and friends as a foodie, well this is a Blessing. I have eaten here several times each time trying something new. The only thing I can say is they need to rent the space upstairs cause I hate driving after a meal like this. Portions are wonderful for the price. That cornbread make u close eyes and eat it. And those crab cakes made me question my own. Thanks guys I'm headed there now for lunch.... see ya in a few
