Today I tried to call in an order while waiting in line at Home Depot & was put on hold. Left HD and drove there, got in line while still on hold. The man ordering in front of me made it to cashier to order and he suggested to cashier that she should answer the call she put on hold, that it had been a while. Cashiers comment "not worried about it", I spoke up really that's me on hold and held my phone up to show her. She was speechless and had no words to say, not even a I'm sorry. I ordered my flatbusch, paid and waited. The person behind me put a internet order in and the cashier didn't even know! OBTW, had a bad experience at pizzeria Sunday night too. Think your team needs a break and more help. Seen two people working bagels today that were working at the pizzeria Sunday night and they looked tired even though Monday was off. Contemplating on whether to go to either place ever again.
