I don't recommend this place to anyone that is hungry and looking for good food. The staff is unavailable and seems to not care about its customers. I ordered the snow crab legs. When I got them I had to ask another waiter for old bay seasoning (which I never got) the crab legs were inedible. Aside from a weird smell they were ICE cold. I informed the waiter once he decided to come around and he said Oh I’m sorry, I’ll heat those up for you. Wrong answer I should have been offered a whole new plate. I told them I didn’t want them and ordered the spinach artichoke dip instead. That was a bad idea. The bread was overly drenched in I wanna say butter but I could be wrong. It tasted old like it was reheated multiple times and each time more butter was added (very unpleasant to the eye and pallet). The dip was just as bad. It seemed like it was sitting on a counter somewhere for a few hours. It was crusty and it looked like someone added cream cheese to make it seem fresh. Looking at it you could see the white cream cheese not mixed in well. This was a very unpleasant experience. The drinks on the table stayed empty. We were never asked if we wanted a refill. Both the crab legs and spinach artichoke dip was not on our bill. The manager never even came to the table. I thought about asking to talk to him/her but it wasn’t worth it. Nothing they could have done would have made the experience any better. The only thing this place has going for it is atmosphere and drinks.
