The food at Dennis Spaghetti was delicious, with the Spaghetti Dennis standing out as a particularly tasty dish. Plain looking on the outside but the food and service are amazing and old fashioned. Their pasta, seafood, and side-dishes are well prepared! Prices are reasonable.

I only see one other review on this place which couldn't be more dumb. My girlfriend and I would come here at least once a week because we loved it. Really good home style cooking. VERY reasonable prices. Typically we would first hit the soup/salad bar. Typically we would hit it again. You do not have to order a main dish - you can just do the soup/salad. But what we would do is to order something like spaghetti w/sausage (really good) and have them set it up for take out. Good italian bread included. With the toll roads involved it is probably the one saving grace to drive over to Portsmouth. The locals know about this place. I know of nowhere else like it for the good food at fantastic prices. I always hate to give away a favorite fishing hole, but there it is. Enjoy.

Went there on Saturday night for dinner. Both myself and hubby had pork chops. The chops were ok. Nothing special. I had mashed potato with gravy and applesauce. The gravy was canned and was disgusting. They advertise homemade bread, which it is not. It is Italian bread that was stale! The service was the only thing that was good. I won't go back.
