We live in Pa but visit the area often went there on Friday because we always love the food there, although after Friday we won’t be going back the waitress was horrible in fact the worst we ever had TOTALLY IGNORED us after giving us our food !!! Sorry Franco’s we won’t be back

Worst experience with Italian food I have ever had. Simple chicken alfredo over linguine. My pasta was literally swimming in a flavorless creme sauce. No seasoning at all in the sauce. The chicken part to this was completely unseasoned and was questionably done( I'm pretty sure it boiled in the creme. Who does that?🤢). Moral of the story: I paid $20 for a plate of the worst alfredo I have ever Not eaten. My wife's linguine and clam sauce was just fine. Looked cooked and seasoned.

LOVE FRANCO'S BY THE BAY. WE EAT THERE SEVERAL TIMES WHEN WE ARE HERE. LOVE ALL PASTA'S, AND THE PIZZA IS SO AWESOME TOO, GREAT SALAD AND BREAD. HAVE TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT PASTA DISHES, ALL VERY GGOD. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE STAYING IN THE WILLOUGHBY, OCEAN VIEW, OR WHOLE NORFOLK AREA. DELISH FOR SURE. THE WAITRESS HAVE ALL BEEN GREAT ALSO. NICE ATMOSPHERE ALSO. WOULD LOVE TO BE THERE WHEN THE PIANO PLAYER IS THERE.
