One of the Best breakfasts in Virginia Beach! "Pooch Special Full Breakfast daily 7 - 9 am DAILY - only $6.25 after 9 am daily.
About a month-and-a-half ago I treated myself to their "Lobster Benedict" for $13.99 - Tender Shelled Lobster under perfectly poached eggs over a fresh, split toasted English Muffin topped with a delectable Hollandaise Sauce. I am a "Grits" girl usually but Nick's hash browns are made from FRESH crispy ample potato pieces. Do not get me wrong I enjoy shredded hashbrowns especially with onion.
Oh about a month ago I met two close friends and co-workers. We actually sat outside at Nick's Sidewalk Cafe. I felt the need for veggies and had Nick's Vegetable Omelet was stuffed with lots of them (honestly, plenty for two). With this dish I had their grits, they were delicious and like I said, this is a breakfast to share in my opinion.
Nick's waitstaff, in my opinion, are some of the kindest, busiest and amazing people ever.

you really feel at home in the atmosphere@ nicks, the people have been coming in to this local spot for as long as i know, which has been 45yrs,pooch and frank are the owners and they are the best people,the staff is just like family and you know how family is,the restraunt has a variety of seafood and beef,they have specials everynite,i highly reccommend this little local spot, ask anyone at the beach!!
