So my husband and I went out to eat and we had Scott as our server and he was by far one of the most amazing servers that both myself and my husband have ever experienced! He was extremely kind, fast, attentive, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy! Texas Roadhouse y'all definitely need to make sure you do what you can to keep him around because he is definitely your money maker! The only really negative thing I can say about Texas Roadhouse is the food and the temps and mostly just about the kitchen and cooks, you guys need all new cooks! We totally understand that if the kitchen messes up it is by no means the service fault of course but y'all really need to get new cooks or train them properly other than that we had a great great dinner thanks to Scott's amazing service!!!!

I ordered the prime rib instead of my usual filet. My wife ordered the filet. This was a pick up order. I was disappointed. I love good prime rib with some fat for flavoring. However this was not even a slice. It looked like the chef carved off the fat in pieces and dumped it in the carry out container. I would estimate greater than 60 percent fat. I have pictures.

cant believe there is only one review.This place has always performed well. I have been going there for 5 yrs and have never had a bad meal....well...once...didnt get what i asked for on a to-go order...BUT...they came thru with flying colors...received an entire order for the next visit...on them...cant beat the service....the bar staff is outstanding...anything you want...they will bend over backwards to get it. The food is outstanding.

I love this place! There is almost always a long wait and for good reason...the food is great. I have had many items here and never disappointed. Get there early or call ahead.
