The shift supervisor Brock should not be a team lead with his non-customer service personality the night I went to KFC did an online order they did not have any chicken only's chicken tenders that they told us. The KFC cut up the chicken sandwich for their tenders and never told me or my wife they were going to do that. They did not give us our biscuit or fries with our order called back to the store asked for a manager and Brock told me that he was the manager. He was not very friendly and very offensive with what I said to him that we did not get the right order and they were cutting chicken sandwiches and not giving me the tenders
