03/25/2025 - Rachel F.
Hoodsport is an enjoyable town to visit after hiking or while traveling through, with friendly staff and a charming atmosphere. While seating can be limited during busy seasons, the affordable tasting flights and the option for coravin pours add to the experience. I was particularly impressed with the Rose of Sangiovese and the exceptional service from Lucy during our private tasting for a bachelorette party, making it a memorable stop.

Hoodsport is a cool little town to swing by for a post-hike chill or a quick break on the road. The staff there are really nice and the location is pretty sweet, but the seating can get a bit tight when it's busy, which is a bit of a downer. I did notice that Stottle seems to stick to the same wines, it would be cool to see some new options in the future. If you're around Hoodsport and enjoy wine, definitely pop by - maybe give them a call beforehand to see if Olivia is around, she's super helpful.
