My boyfriend has been given the absolute RUN AROUND when trying to book my birthday dinner with Jean Pierres three 16 for multiple DAYS! We have been texting multiple dates over multiple days and now all of a sudden theh are "on holiday and will have to get back to him on July 7th (thats a whole week in the busiet time of year)?!! What kind of customer service is that?! We have come to this restaurant a dozen times for both birthdays and celebrations and have NEVER been treated this way when trying to book!! Their response was to chastise me for not calling them, yet every year we have ALWAYS booked through text! Their fb says nothing about being closed, just has nenu items and then if you message them in messenger it tells you to TEXT THEM RESERVATIONS!!!I will be letting others know about this horrible customer service we have now started to receive from this establishment!! Get it together, clearly the current system you have set is no longer working and your customer service responses were HORRENDOUS!
