Went there the first time this evening as owners Jay and Tyler served with my son. While it's small, capacity about 40, it's outsized in its service and food. My wife had fish and chips, me a burger with fries and onion rings. I've had the privilege of eating in top restaurants from Seattle to DC to Dubai, Beijing, and Durbin South Africa. I'll take this little bar in Chehalis, WA over any of the others. Generous helpings, properly cooked (delightfully all the fried foods were done just right and not at all greasy), simple but very tasty. And service was next to none, friendly, attentive and with a smile.
With the travel I've done over the years, we no longer eat out much. But we'll be back to the Jackson Hole!
