I've been back a few times but just never got around to sharing my thoughts until now. The noodle dishes here definitely steal the show over the stir-fries - maybe that's why they named the place that way, haha! The black noodle had a nice kick to it, and the fried chicken was a real winner - way better than anything "The Colonel" could cook up!
