The food isn't too bad but the management is crappy and dishonest. I know some people who used to work there and have heard about a lot of dishonest things that would happen. For example when they moved into their new location they did not have clearance from the health department to open the store. The owner and upper management decided to open the store anyway. Their make-line (the refrigerated rack that they keep the toppings on) broke and they could not refrigerate their toppings at an acceptable temperature. The problem was not fixed for several weeks. I have also heard other stories about the dishonesty that goes on at that store which I do not have space to write. On top of all this the store is extremely dirty. There are even footprints on the wall. This particular store is bad for the brand and really should go into new ownership. I wouldn't eat there again if my life depended on it.
